As part of the technology community that continuously supports the growth of the IT industry, PEMMZ proudly participates in the National Networking Competition (NETCOMP 3.0). This annual competition serves as a platform for the best talents in Networking and Cyber Security to sharpen their skills and expand their networks. With a variety of exciting activities, including educational workshops, Networking and Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, and a national seminar, NETCOMP 3.0 continues to establish itself as a prestigious competitive event in Indonesia.
NETCOMP 3.0 kicked off with Netclass, a free online workshop that successfully attracted over 600 participants from across Indonesia. This session featured experts in Networking and Cyber Security such as Thoriq Firdaus, Avicena Ghibran, Bayu Fedra, Aulia Mafaza, and Satrya Mahardika. Through this, participants gained valuable insights to enhance their skills ahead of the main competition stages.
The finals, held at the Teaching Industry Learning Center (TILC), Vocational School, Universitas Gadjah Mada, witnessed intense competition among finalists in two main categories: Networking and Capture The Flag (CTF). In addition to the main event, NETCOMP 3.0 also featured an Industry Expo, where participants could directly engage with leading tech companies, including PEMMZ. As an industry partner with over a decade of experience, PEMMZ is always ready to support young generations in developing their IT skills.
The Community Talkshow session was one of the highlights of NETCOMP 3.0. Speakers from various communities and influencers in Networking and Cyber Security, such as Avicena Ghibran, Marcel Shevchenko, Nor Ahmad, Ismail Hakim, and Andreas Abi, shared insights on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the cyber security world. This event provided a valuable moment for participants to gain direct knowledge from professionals in the field.
NETCOMP 3.0 reached its peak with a national seminar featuring experts in Cyber Security and Networking. The first session showcased Emmants Gerson Siak and Arfian D Septiandri, S.Kom, MBA, who discussed challenges and solutions in facing cyber threats in the digital era. This session was highly anticipated and concluded with an Awarding Ceremony announcing the top teams as winners of the competition.
The second seminar session featured Cyber Security expert Edo Maland and Networking specialist Michael Takeuchi, who shared insights about technology developments and strategies for maintaining network security. This session also served as the Closing Ceremony, marking the inspiring conclusion of NETCOMP 3.0 with new knowledge for all participants.
