The Company is known as a high-tech enterprise in Indonesia, specifically serving Information Technology services. The Company's business journey began in 2009 through CV Pemindo Multi Sukses, which became the forerunner for the Founders to start business activities in the field of Information Technology, in line with the growing market and increasing customer demands.Headquartered in West Jakarta, the company provides excellent quality IT products and services with consultancy based system. Beside pre-sales consultancy, the company also provides after-sales consultancy to create customer satisfaction.
With outstanding support of our premium IT business partners and experienced technicians, it made us get access to the supply network of spare parts as well as ensure quality of services we deliver. As we believe customer satisfaction is not only just a responsibility, but also our pride, therefore after sales service is one of the keys in order to win our customer heart.
In 2012, the company has developed new business competency with end to end solution concept. We’ve created system integration and IT service solution to grow our clients’ profit and competitive values in the market. Two years later, we introduced our new media channel which focusing on gaming devices and high tech-products portal.

Edhy Rahardjo
Welcome to the official website of PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi! We are proud to introduce Edhy Rahardjo, an expert in the information technology industry with more than two decades of experience. Edhy started his career as a Web Developer and has filled various important roles in top companies in the United States, including Web Marketing Analyst, Business System Analyst, and Business Application Consultant.
His higher education includes a B. Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from Tarumanagara University, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MSMIS) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, achieved as a Magna Cum Laude Graduate. This academic experience is enriched by his contributions in research, such as a case study on E-Government Functionality and Website Features in Indonesia, published in the Journal of Global Information Technology Management.
Since 2009, Edhy has been a pillar of success as the General Manager/CEO of PEMMZ.ID, a position he holds with dedication and excellence. His expertise in business analysis, web development, and management has brought significant breakthroughs to PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi. Stevanus Budiman Rahardjo
President Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen, born in 1986. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tarumanagara University in 2005, then continued his studies at Bond University, Australia, obtaining a Master’s degree in Finance in 2008 and a Master’s degree in Accounting in 2009.
Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi, a position he has held since 2020. Previously, he gained extensive experience in various companies, including serving as Director at PT Urip Sumber Jadi and PT Semangat Bakti Raharja since 2006, as well as holding strategic positions in several other entities, both as commissioner and director. His experience in management, finance, and the manufacturing industry strengthens his strategic role in oversight and policy-making at PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi.
Juan Pisente
Commissioner
An Indonesian citizen, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2023. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Investment Management at the same university.
He has served as Commissioner of Pemindo Group since 2026, focusing on the institutionalization of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices and strategic oversight of the company’s corporate actions. He has an extensive track record in leading various executive and strategic advisory roles within the financial industry, including serving as Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of PT Bisnesia Karya Bangsa (Bisnesia) and Managing Partner of PT Bisnesia Sahabat Investama (Bisnesia Capital), a firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
In addition, he actively leads the operations and strategic direction of several other business entities, including serving as Director of PT Kaizer Graphene Indonesia, Director of PT Gideon Konsultan Internasional, and as an advisor for various corporate actions.
With a strong background in investment management, deep expertise in M&A execution and corporate actions, as well as extensive entrepreneurial experience, he plays an important role in providing strategic oversight, capital structuring, and driving sustainable business growth for PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi.

Edhy Trisno Rahardjo
President Director
An Indonesian citizen, born in 1981. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tarumanagara University in 2003 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems Management at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, USA, in 2007.
He has served as the President Director of Pemindo Group since 2009 (formerly under CV Pemindo Multi Sukses), before the company transitioned into PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi in 2020. He has held various strategic and technical roles both domestically and abroad, including as a Business Systems Analyst and Business Application Consultant at technology companies in the United States. In addition, he actively leads and oversees several entities within the business group, such as PT Urip Sumber Jadi and PT Uripindo Citra Sukses.
With a strong background in information technology, systems management, and extensive entrepreneurial experience, he plays a key role in driving digital transformation, product development, and the sustainable growth of PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi
Fikri Fadel Muhammad
Director
With decades of experience in managing and developing businesses, Fikri has been involved in multiple successful companies under Gema Group, a holding corporation with diverse business interests. He brings extensive expertise across various industries, particularly in the oil and gas sector, covering upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
As Director of PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi, Fikri contributes his strong background in corporate strategy, business development, investment, and organizational leadership to support the company’s growth and transformation. His experience and strategic perspective play an important role in strengthening PEMINDO’s vision as a leading technology solution provider for professionals, gamers, creators, and businesses.
