The Company consistently adheres to applicable laws and regulations in determining its dividend policy. The payment of final dividends to shareholders is decided through a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders (“GMS”), based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, and with consideration of the Company’s financial performance, working capital requirements, business expansion plans, as well as prevailing economic conditions and regulatory provisions.
