Audit Committee Chairman
An Indonesian citizen, born in 1959. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Civil Law and International Business Law from Airlangga University in 1982. He also holds various international certifications, including a Trade Finance Certification from Manchester Business School (2000), a Certification in Credit Risks and Financial Assessments from Omega US (2001), and completed an Executive Program at Insead Business School, France (2001).
He has served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi Tbk since 2025. His career in the financial and banking industry includes key strategic roles such as Head of Corporate Banking at Standard Chartered Bank (1990–2002) and President Director of PT Sucorinvest Central Gani (2002–2016). Additionally, he is actively involved as an independent commissioner in several public companies and financial institutions, and has served as a board advisor at the Indonesia Eximbank (LPEI/Exim Bank).
His experience and expertise in business law, finance, and corporate governance make him a key figure in supporting the supervisory function and ensuring the independence of the Board of Commissioners.
Firmanto Leo

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1976. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trisakti University in 1998.
Firmanto has over two decades of experience in accounting, taxation, and business operations. His career began at PT Arta Boga Cemerlang, where he held various positions from Accounting Staff to Operations Manager between 1999 and 2002. He later joined PT HBM Consulting as a Senior Accounting & Tax Consultant, a role he held until 2010.
Since February 2025, he has served as a Member of the Audit Committee at PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi Tbk. With a professional background in accounting and taxation, Firmanto supports the company’s oversight and governance functions through his role in the Audit Committee.
Ebi Harbiansyah
Audit Committee Member
An Indonesian citizen, born in 1980. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from STIE Kampus Ungu in 2006.
Ebi Harbiansyah has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation. He began his career as a Billing Staff at PT Arnott Indonesia and later held various strategic positions, including Sales Controller at PT Osram Indonesia, Junior Accounting Supervisor at PT Adani Global, and Tax Accounting Manager at PT Patco Elektronik Teknology. He currently serves as Finance Accounting and Reporting Manager at PT Pacific Global Utama, a role he has held since 2012.
In addition to serving as an Audit Committee Member at PT Era Digital Media Tbk since August 2023, he was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee at PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi Tbk in February 2025. His expertise in financial reporting and internal control strengthens good corporate governance within the company.
